1) Processing Time

  • All products are made-to-order with your personalization.
  • Processing & production time: 3–5 business days before shipping.
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

2) Estimated Shipping Times

  • United States: 7–14 business days after processing.
  • International: 10–20 business days after processing.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday seasons.

3) Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • Occasionally we run promotions for free shipping – see banners or checkout page for details.

4) Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
  • You can also track your order directly via the Track Order page.

5) Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. Snapzy is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

7) Delays & Holidays

  • We do our best to ship on time, but high demand seasons (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day) may extend delivery times.
  • Carrier delays, weather disruptions, or customs inspections are outside our control and not grounds for refund.

8) Lost or Missing Packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.
  • If still unresolved, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
