2) Products & Personalization

• Personalized items are made-to-order using the text, dates, and photos you provide. Please review all details before checkout.
• Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and print processes.
• We may cancel orders that violate intellectual property, hate speech, or unlawful content.

3) Processing & Shipping

• Processing time: 3–5 business days.
• Estimated shipping: US 7–14 business days; International 10–20 business days.
• Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for non‑delivery due to an incorrect address.

4) Order Changes & Cancellations

• For personalized products, we can accept edits or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After production starts, changes may not be possible.
• To request a change, email us promptly with your order number.

5) Pricing, Taxes & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
• Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• We accept major payment methods offered at checkout (via secure payment processors). We do not store full card details.
• Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively added.

6) Returns & Refunds

Personalized items are final sale except for defects or damage on arrival. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

7) Intellectual Property

• All site content (text, graphics, designs) is owned by or licensed to Snapzy and protected by law.
• By uploading content for personalization, you confirm you have the rights to use it and grant us a license to produce your item.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order.
